MetaSkills4TCLF project
The METASKILLS4TCLF project aims to address all the objectives of the Alliances for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills (“E+ Blueprint”), intersecting the pillars of the EU PACT4SKILLS TCLF Charter, launched in December 2021. It is committed to consolidate and update part of the former “Blueprint Skills4Smart TCLF Industries 2030” project results, adding new skills necessary to help companies in the digital and green transition, while adopting disruptive learning methodologies that contribute to attract young generations.

My-Fy Project (Horizon 2020)
- 14 partners, project led by MOGU (Italy)
- Reinventing an intelligent, “circular” and competitive material based on myco-fibers (mycelium)
- 4-year project (kick-off November 2020)
- ITECH Lyon participation in the dyeing and coating process for this new material, according to the specifications of the automotive and clothing industries
- Overall project funded to the tune of 5,402,393 euros

UTOP Textile Project (KA2)
The UTOP Textile project (KA2) was an innovation project involving 3 higher education institutions:
- HEFF, design school, in Belgium (project leader)
- ESNE, design school, in Spain
- ITECH Lyon, textile engineering school, in France
It was a 3-year project that brought together, twice a year, 5 students from each institution with support from CREACTION. The aim was to initiate the conception of innovative products based on technologies that may be derived from aerospace technologies. Students worked together twice a year in workshops in each of the partner countries.
- 1st year (2019-2020): 5 projects in the creation phase proposed by the students (4 were selected)
- 2nd year (2020-2021): 5 projects in the development phase, meeting a set of specifications
- 3rd year (2021-2022): 3 to 5 projects in the prototyping phase

- The drinkable Jacket or Tent
- Air filter Mask
- Textile responding to sound stimuli
- Tree from desire 2.0 (a biodegradable Tree tutor)
- A biomimetical material
