Project-based learning is an integral part of the training provided to ITECH engineering students.
Starting midway through their second year, engineering students work in teams of three to five on projects addressing real industrial challenges. Each project is supervised by a faculty member and takes place over a 12-month period on a part-time basis, divided into two phases: a literature review, followed by practical laboratory work.
The topics tackled cover all fields related to ITECH’s majors, provided they meet the program’s educational objectives and can be carried out using the equipment available in ITECH’s laboratories.
Partnering with ITECH by proposing a project offers many advantages for your company:
- Gaining an external perspective on your technical challenges
- Collaborating with experts in formulation, leather, or textile fields
- Expanding your research potential
- Actively contributing to the training of future engineers
A technical solution developed during a supervised research project can later be expanded through an internship or a dedicated research collaboration.
Companies interested in proposing a project must submit their topics before the end of December (project topics are approved in early January).
