The applications site is now open.
If you apply before the beginning of March, you will be summoned for a motivational interview on the 16th of March 2019. The jury will give its decision on the 4th of April 2019!
For Non-European applicants, special jurys will take place on a monthly basis in order to quicken the visa process in the case of a positive outcome from the jury.
