What is the IPL international Summer School ?
A unique opportunity for undergraduate students in Sciences and engineering to participate to a 5 week academic program jointly organised by the four IPL (Polytechnical Institute of Lyon) engineering schools. The programme offers scientific courses and practicals, as well as French language classes.
The IPL International Summer School gives you the chance to settle in the French academic environment and also to meet students from all over the world. The Summer School also aims at giving all participants the opportunity to discover different facets of life in France both in Lyon and the Rhône-Alpes Region through organised excursions.
Who is it for?
It is designed for undergraduate students in Science and Engineering who have completed their first or second year of study in a partner institution of one of the four IPL engineering schools and who expect to major in one of the disciplines of these engineering schools.
What scientific program?
At ITECH you will discover an original and practical approach of Polymer and Material Sciences engineering : praticals on paint, adhesive and cosmetic formulation, textile dyeing and weaving process, leather.
How much does it cost?
1 800 € including all classes, 5-week accommodation in the residence hall close to ISARA-Lyon (single room), all visits and social events (100 € reduction if payment before April 30).
Lunch available at nearby dining halls at a price of 3.05 €/meal, sandwiches at ISARA-Lyon.
